By combining our unique style, which is modern mixed in with coastal vibes and a hint of mid-century modern we are able to create truly unique spaces that reflect who our clients are. Once we’ve had our design therapy sesh together, we’ll set up a consultation to dive deeper into your project so we get to talking about all of the nitty gritty. It’s the nuts and bolts and, of course, the numbers. Something that we’re totally not afraid of. We’re completely open and transparent with you and work through all the budget details together so you can have a ballpark of project costs before moving forward and can see where every single cent is going. 4.Design Phase 1
a. Shopping Research with Clients (Appliances, Slabs, Fixtures, Lighting) this is customized to the client – onsite meetings at showrooms
b. Schematic Conception (Updating Plans and Elevations from exploratory design phase. Create RCP Plans, Furniture Plans
c. Create 3D Model of space (no finishes)
d. Preliminary Client Review Meeting (3D Model, Plans, Mood Board)
5.Design Phase 2
a. Sourcing Finishes, cabinets, flooring, hardware, lighting, etc..
b. Create 2 Finish options for clients
c. Update 3D Model with 2 Options

6. Design Phase 3
a. Finalize finish
