PHONE Call & Initial Visit

We start with a 30-minute phone call to get to know each other, learn about your project, show you how we work, and go over project scope, budget, and timelines. Then, we'll meet you in-person at your home for an initial visit. You’ll show us all the spaces you want to transform, and we’ll go over any additional questions & details.

Following our visit, you will receive a custom proposal within one week. When your proposal is approved and a deposit is submitted, we join forces to begin your project.

Design + budget

Here comes the fun part! The process starts when we send you homework: a design questionnaire and Pinterest board followed by a design concept meeting to go over aesthetic direction, color palette, and preliminary options before getting into materials and furniture selections.

Our team will develop a comprehensive design plan that encompasses everything from inspiration boards to detailed plans + elevations, color schemes, and selections for finishes, textures, lighting, and furniture. You'll have a clear picture of how your space will look and function.

Simultaneously, we start the process of aligning your vision with reality by engaging with various trades to discuss the project scope. This ensures smooth execution and attention to detail every step of the way. We will work alongside you to create a detailed budget that gives you a transparent overview of how your project is evolving. We want you to feel confident and in control throughout the process.

ordering + tracking

We take pride in offering top-notch procurement services to bring your vision to life. Our skilled team handles every aspect of the procurement process, from selecting fixtures and finishes to coordinating with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

With our meticulous attention to detail, we track orders and assess lead times to streamline the procurement process, leaving you stress-free and confident in the outcome. Let us take care of all your procurement needs so you can focus on enjoying your beautifully transformed space.

Design implementation

We work closely with the general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed properly. Our dedicated project management team is here to ensure every detail is meticulously managed for a successful completion.
