Project Bonview was all about creating a home that felt timeless and warm. We also wanted to make sure it worked hard for everyday life with kids, pets, and plenty of entertaining. We focused on blending classic style with real-life functionality, right down to the smallest details.

As a family that loves to cook and bake, their old kitchen just wasn’t cutting it. The layout was awkward, the storage was minimal, and the flow didn’t support the way they lived.
We reimagined the entire space—maximizing storage, updating the appliances, and adding an island to anchor the room and provide that much-needed prep and hosting space.
And those beautiful cabinets? IKEA bases with Semihandmade fronts gave us a custom look without blowing the budget.
For the finishes, we leaned into the home’s natural charm—bringing in warm faux wood tones, crisp whites, and matte black hardware for a modern edge.

This hardworking space leads to the backyard, so we knew it had to be both beautiful and functional. We designed it to serve double duty: laundry zone by day, bar area by night. To the right of the washer and dryer, we created a dedicated space for mixing, storing, and serving—all with those same custom-look cabinet fronts to tie it back to the kitchen.
Small changes, big impact. We carried the charm of the home into the guest bath by laying Zellige tile on the floor and adding fresh new Kohler hardware. Clean subway tile gives a subtle nod to tradition, while keeping things bright and timeless.

Every space in this home was reimagined to feel intentional, inviting, and effortlessly functional.
Project Bonview now balances classic style with modern-day function—ready for guests, pets, kids, and everything in between.
