◾ We create a List for every project and assign review + due dates so that we stay on track and provide you the design details in a timely manner.

If new technology stresses you out, no worries!  We will do a ZOOM tutorial with you to get you feeling comfortable with using the platform.  Out + About and see a message, no need to log in to basecamp, you can respond directly from your email and it will link into your project file.

Step 1: Gathering project information

Before any work is started we always provide an estimate of your project to ensure you are ok with the fee’s before getting started.  We ask that you provide as much information as possible (a customizable questionnaire) will also be sent to you based on your project scope of work to help you think about all the design details.  This will help us create an estimate for you.  Please note that all estimates are based on past experience and actual hours can vary based on design scope changing or not information provided up front.

We send you an estimate and get your sign off

Step 3: Lead Times

Lead time for small + medium size projects: 7 days (All large projects we will create a timeline for)

◾ Day 1-2: Review your project and talk about scope of work

◾ Day 3-4: Start design and send to you for review and ask important questions that affect your design

◾ Day 5-7: Make revisions as necessary and send you the final design package

VIDA Bundle

20 Hour Bundle: $1710

◾ The bundle is good for 6 months and can be used on any of your projects.

◾ All bundle packages are billed up front and all hourly work will be billed at the end of each month.  You will receive an itemized bill that you can use to directly bill your own clients.

◾ Not ready to investment in a bundle, no worries we offer services at an hourly rate and will bill you at the end of each month.

3D Modeling + Rendering

Based on your project scope of work we provide a fixed fee estimate for your project.

◾ Integrate architectural details of your clients home
