To kick off the process, we start with a Design Therapy Sesh. It’s how we get to know what you’re looking for, and you get to tell us anything and everything about what you’re wanting. We talk about backsplashes, countertops, paint colors, and storage options, to name a few big ones. You name it, anything that’s in a kitchen we’re chatting about. Then we, of course, have to talk numbers. We chat about how much you’re happy to invest and what you can expect as a result.
Then, once we’ve agreed on the vision, our team gets to planning and gets ready to present to you. We come back to you with a presentation with a mood board and all of the finer details. Once you’ve given us the tick of approval, we get to planning and bringing your kitchen to life!
And ta-da! It’s like magic; your dream kitchen is right in front of your eyes! Ok, we totally wish it would happen that quickly, but you can expect your kitchen back to you within two months after construction has started, depending on the amount of work needed for the project. We like to think that here at ASR Design Studio, we’re pretty good at balance. Our team works towards finding the perfect balance between giving you as little or as many details about the process as you like. Oftentimes, we have clients who are happy to meet with us once or twice and then be surprised with the final product! But we also have other clients who are like us and love the details. When we work with these detail-loving clients, we fill them in with as much as possible without overwhelming them.
