Welcome to ASR Design Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of [asrdesignstudio.com] (the "Site"), which is operated by ASR Design Studio ("ASR," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site shares information about our interior design services, projects, and point of view. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, and no design relationship exists between you and ASR until we both sign a written design services agreement. Filling out a form or having a discovery call does not create one.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design concepts, project photography, layouts, mood boards, graphics, logos, and the ASR Design Studio name, is owned by ASR or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or use our content, including photography and design work, for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Photography and website design are credited in Section 13 below, and images may be subject to their creators' own rights.
3. Design information is general
The content on the Site, including blog posts, product roundups, and project features, is offered for inspiration and general information. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your home or business. Every project involves unique conditions, and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, code, and permitting decisions should be made with the appropriate licensed professionals.
4. Product information and third-party links
The Site may feature products, materials, and vendors, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, product quality, or policies. Prices, availability, and specifications can change without notice, so please confirm details with the retailer before purchasing. Any purchase you make from a third party is a transaction between you and that seller.

6. Your submissions

Any photos or files you send for a potential project remain yours, and you allow us to use them to respond to your inquiry and evaluate your project.
