ASR Design Studio ("ASR," "we," "us") is an interior design firm based in Escondido, California, serving residential and commercial clients throughout San Diego County. 1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or discovery call request, or contact us by email or phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address, and details about your project such as scope, timeline, and budget range. If you share photos, plans, or other files with us, we receive those as well.
Newsletter information. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls, to provide and manage our design services, to send our newsletter and studio updates if you have subscribed, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, to keep business records, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your project details for any purpose unrelated to your inquiry or engagement.
3. Newsletter and email
We send our newsletter only to people who sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Our newsletter is delivered through [Flodesk / Mailchimp / GoHighLevel], which processes your email address on our behalf.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including client records we are required or advised to keep for tax, contract, and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; to request that we delete or correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and to not be treated differently for exercising these rights. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
